As a manufacturer specializing in the production of high and low voltage distribution cabinets and control and protection equipment, the high and low voltage complete sets of switch electrical equipment and control equipment we provide to customers can meet the requirements of users and comply with relevant national standards. Therefore, it is our duty to do a good job in after-sales service. It is our responsibility to use and maintain the products sold and provide quality tracking service. We go all out to provide technical support and quality tracking services to users all over the country.


(1) We conduct production and inspection in strict accordance with the standards, and leave the factory after meeting the requirements of technical conditions.


(2) In strict accordance with the test requirements specified by the state, we provide the type test report qualified by the national authoritative testing department to the user. At the same time, it also provides users with the factory test after the company tests each product.


(3) During the warranty period, the supplier shall be responsible for replacing any damage caused by the quality of the equipment for free. After the expiration of the warranty period, only the cost of equipment parts will be charged.


(4) The after-sales service is divided into on-site service and telephone contact, mainly on-site service. During on-site installation, 1 ~ 2 engineers with more than three years of working experience can be sent to carry out tracking service on site to ensure the smooth progress of on-site work.


(5) The contents of after-sales service include: on-site cooperation in unpacking acceptance, guiding installation, simulation commissioning, power transmission, in plant theoretical training and on-site operation training. In case of equipment failure, reply within 1 hour after receiving the user's notice, and arrive at the site for service within 24 hours in the province and 48 hours outside the province.


(6) Before the equipment leaves the factory, the supplier shall notify the demander's personnel ten days in advance to participate in commissioning and acceptance.
